Job Summary: 

The Property & Casualty Insurance Producer is an ambitious person that strives to expand their insurance sales team. An energetic professional committed to helping our business grow through outstanding customer experience and insurance sales-driven conversation. 

• Full-Time Insurance Producer concentrating on Commercial Lines and Personal Lines
• We have the ability for a Senior Risk Advisor to train a new producer so while an experienced Insurance Producer is acceptable, we are just as interested in someone ready to learn the industry
• We offer a truly unique growth opportunity and have excellent benefits including health insurance, life insurance, matching 401(k), and much more
• We are focusing more on finding a perfect candidate willing to learn and thrive using his or her communication skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members.
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating, and compliance requirements.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads and referral sources.
• Be outstanding at relationship building.
• Stay up-to-date on industry market trends and best practices

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

• Top performers in B2B sales are encouraged.
• Property and Casualty Insurance License and/or Life & Health Insurance License are encouraged but certainly not required.
• Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
• Successful sales background.
• Looking for an energetic full-time producer with an outgoing personality, excellent drive, and an appreciation for professionalism.
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful, and be coachable.
• Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Create relationships from a cold start.
