John T. Cook and Associates (Myrtle Beach office) has the friendliest customer service people of any insurance agency I have ever dealt with. They answer their phones and return their calls. They go the extra mile to leave their cell phone number after hours and to make sure all deadlines are met. They are able to do tasks for my small business, such as furnishing insurance certificates, on a local basis that makes my life so much easier.
