Correll Insurance Group has an immediate position for a full-time Office Manager/Account Executive at our Rock Hill, SC location.

Job Summary:

The Office Manager/Account Executive will oversee the Office Staff and Account Managers and be responsible for the day-to-day general operations of the office. Provide daily direction and management to assist with personnel development and customer service. Manage client accounts and relationships, as well as bring in new clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare client renewals and new business strategies, including proposals and presentations, while ensuring agreement with client’s requests/requirements
  • Presents and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals.
  • Ensure proper resources within the organization are available to the client and introduce new products through other core business groups, where appropriate
  • Be outstanding at relationship building.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating, and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain relationships with carrier representatives, staying abreast of new products, carrier procedural changes and market trends
  • Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention.
  • Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
  • Document sales and prospecting information
  • Attend training sessions, courses, etc. to maintain up-to-date skills

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

  • At least five (5) years of insurance career experience in a similar insurance management position.
  • Strong marketing/placement skills.
  • Broad Commercial Property & Casualty insurance proficiency.
